After a brief analysis, the issue stems from the fact that the indicated library has been removed from official .deb archives since 24.2.2 and the actual build system do not install the .deb…
I've done a test today, and it seems the "new" tooling needs to be run over a very old deployment:
$ ./linuxdeployqt-continuous-x86_64.AppImage LibreOffice.AppDir/startcenter.desktop…--portable option in the CLI help and wiki page
Partially solved with the introduction of the Core concepts page of the wiki.
Using the -k or --keep option will "keep" the downloads instead of getting rid of them at the end of the building process.
But still I can see the issue, even without retrying with the -k…

loaih v1.3.3 has been released, should include a complete change in the default options for the manual build, so this issue is now also obsolete.
Should be surely fixed in 1a24f54d8925d4c386cf121f180d35cb585a57e1, but most probably even before.
Closing the issue when releasing the code.
